Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping at our boutique. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in the event that you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and the item must be in its original condition with all tags and labels still attached. The item must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 14-day period via graceandjames.oh@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item, and be sure to securely package it to prevent any damage during transit.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card for GRACE & JAMES or our online store. The gift card will be issued for the full purchase amount of the returned item(s) and sent to the email address associated with your original purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the gift card to be processed and delivered to your email. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods. The gift card has no expiration date and can be used for multiple transactions until the full amount is utilized.
